“Upgraded my alternator on my e36 from an 80 amp Valeo unit to a 140 amp Bosch unit. Alternator came tested with a whopping 183 amp output @ 4k rpms!

Unit bolted right up with no modifications whatsoever! Highly recommended!”

“A great experience with Zoro. Ordered multiple items with regular free shipping and they arrived the next day, (I live in Dallas and there is a warehouse around here I think).

Had one item that went bad the next day. A quick call and they refunded me the amount I paid, and told me not to send it back, just toss it. I was on the phone less than 10 minutes.

I will definitely be buying here again. Looks like a much better selection than Grainger, which is my other local option.”

“Outstanding customer service. I bought a specialty bulb from them 26 months ago. It burned out after about 1100 hours of use, although it was rated for 10,000 hours. They replaced it for free, no questions asked, even though the sale was more than 2 years ago. And they were very pleasant on the phone. Thanks, bulbs.com!”

“The WORST mail order experience ever! I placed one order for a dress and blouse. The dress came and didn't fit and they made me pay to return it. The blouse was backordered and after two months I called and they said it had been delivered and I had to go through the post office. I told them I didn't want another tree, I wanted what I ordered. I was told to keep the trees and send the shipping labels and an note requesting a refund.
