“3f living is a full service Interior Design and Project Managment firm based in Manhattan. We use Build.com for 95% of our purchases and i cannot say enough about the quality of service. They have been amazing and helpful in all ways. This particular order was complicated as the items were very specific. Why would I send a watch that was worth $6,200 from New Hampshire to California with no assurance that it was going to result in my getting paid with no hassle except for a bunch of emails and a couple of phone calls? “Missed the date of delivery. Promised to upgrade flowers if deliver after promised date. Flowers were not upgraded. Lied to make the sale o. Delivery date and upgrade. Would not give refund, only shipping. ”

“I should have read the reviews.They are on the money.A pain to deal with.Althought I dont blame customer service.Its policy that stinks.I had absolutely NO paperwork in my box to get an RMA online.I could not logon to the site. I paid $20. more than other stores and they wanted a 20% restocking charge for a damaged item and insisted my problem was with the mfg. Drinkwell,where I should return the damaged item.”

“The products were just as advertised. I must say, this product matched my expectations more especially in these times when manufacturing rarely provide the exact quality they purport to. Everyone seemed to love it, especially my five year old girl. The way she loved it made me feel it was worth my effort. However, it would have been made if the gift baskets were more custom made rather than restricted to specific bouquet. All the same, the gift pack served the purpose I wanted and it was enough...”

“Delivered a dirty car without a spare tire or owner's manual. Damage to tire caused by previous renter was not checked correctly. (The wheel rim was gouged indicating the extent of the damage.) Ended up with a sidewall blowout for which I had to buy a tire and was not reimbursed by Europcar. Avoid renting vehicles from them.”
