“Vancaro rings are so pretty. I like them very much. So I bought one for myself 1 week ago. There is a little problem of the ring size. So I contact them. Their customer service is very good. They always know how to make things better regardless of the huge disappointment I had. The customer service and the fact that they stand behind their words means a lot to me as a customer. I am already recommending Vancaro to everyone I know.”

“It was easy enough to find the parts I needed. I ordered four things: a replacement hose assembly, a replacement brush attachment, a canister filter, and a HEPA filter, all for a Eureka bagless upright.

During checkout I attempted to use discount code "take10" for 10% off the order, bringing my total below $50, which apparently no longer qualified for free shipping. So I would have been charged more to take advantage of the discount code.

I placed the order on 4/19. The order arrived on 5/2...”

“I placed two separate orders on the same date. I returned all merchandise except one item in the same box via USPS. They gave me a $21 credit for the smaller order, nothing for the larger order $152. i called and they said merchandise was not received in correct condition. That's a lie. Tags were intact, they were in the bags received, and the panty liners were on. I called and was told they would investigate. Nothing. I called my credit card company and filed dispute and credit card refun...”

“I've ordered from Global Eyeglasses in the past and have been relatively pleased. It takes a while to get an order fulfilled but with the other online eyeglass vendors the process doesn't seem much faster. My most recent purchase, however, has been a comedy of errors. It's now been over two months since I placed my order and I still haven't received it.

I got an email from a customer service rep (Aditi Sagar) about a month ago informing me that I had to select another frame as the one I ordered...”

“well up until the last question above where you cannot choose NA if you did not interact with customer service everything was fine. Then I had to mark it down just because the survey wouldn't allow me respond in the correct manner. Fix the survey! But just to be fair, the Fair to the last question was because the survey would not allow me to mark "Don't know" or NA. ”

“DO NOT ORDER- it is the day before my son's BD. Ordered on 5/17. Box not arrived. Called and customer service said it has been returned per my request. I explained that I had no reason to RETURN! Supervisor Brad #1029 told me they would be happy to take new order and CHARGE ME OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. He would have to send to corporate which takes 24 hours to respond. DO NOT USE - no resolution when there is a problem.”
