“Alright, here's my follow-up to my original post of September 9, 2014. The stuff I re-ordered (multiple Sony voice recorders of a CURRENT model) showed-up. Delivery time was a little pokey (about 7 days, which was within the 2-7 days shipping time listed on their site) from Brooklyn, NY to a midwestern address, but was as advertised.

The product was (& still is) advertised as refurbished, and showed-up in bubble-wrap protective plastic & baggies, all within a bubble-wrap-lin...”

“As a new business I research everything in detail, I LOVE 1000Bulbs!! They make my research easy. If I am not sure about something their customer service is fantastic! from decorative LED Lighting to go around my Studio to the overhead bulbs and even craft lights for my Wine Bottle paint classes - I could have gone cheaper but I wanted quality for my customers, they are only pennies over the bargan lights I know my customers appreciate it. Shipping, department is FAST and EXCELLENT at packing,...”

“I had a good experience with them. I didnt expect top notch quality because I wasn't paying top notch money. If the shipping details would be a little streamlined, it would be very useful. But overall, I got my clothes in about 15 days and they are all very nice. ”

“I ordered a light weight custom blanket, received it quickly, graphics are nice but the thing feels like a banner not a blanket! The material is so crappy, stiff and thin, I call it fraud referring it to as a "blanket". I'm going to call on Monday because I got it on a weekend and of course no customer service on the weekends!”

“Best Buy deserves -5 stars for their unprofessional, incompetent customer service. Customer Service supervisor Jon didn't have the guts to talk to us a concern customer about a faulty gift card and had the nerve to ignore us and make his worker deal with it. We are going to deal with corporate customer service and voice our concern. No wonder Best Buy is going out of business. Worst service we've ever had. So disappointing because we spend lots of $$ at Best Buy but now that will change. ”
