“Me too! After put the order, nothing happened, nothing! No answer, no cigars sent, no explanation, no money back. They seem to keep the website only to steal money. That website should be closed by law!”

“I was a little unsure if the site's claim for standard shipping was true or not, but it was (in so far as it applied to me -- other reviewers don't seem impressed at all). The order went through without a hitch and the item I ordered was tracked all the way from Germany to Malaysia.

I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Will be ordering more stuff.”

“Worst experience ever. Just to summarize: flowers were not delivered on the date that they were supposed to be delivered. I received an email saying that the order has been successfully completed. After calling customer service number of times, I was told they will redeliver the flowers and let me know when that happens. They never called me back...flowers were delivered 3 days later (considering they were for a new born baby)...no apologies...no discounts offered for horrible customer service.....”

“Customer service and support for Hollister.ca is horrendous!! Responses to why my total was higher than what it should have been: don't know taxes in Canada (who cares? i told you what they are!!!), can't see Cdn site because I am in the US (then what good are you for providing cust service to Cdn customers???), can't modify order because paid with Paypal (Yay, great for making that clear!). Laschandra on chat gave me misinformation which resulted in my getting charged shipping by placing tw...”

“Very unhappy with their policies. I Found out if you return a rug, a 10% restocking fee is required. Also they require you to send them a tracking number within 7 days of receiving a return auth at the customer expense. I ordered a rug that the colors were not even close to the online photo and they said they only pay for return shipping if the rug is defective or if they send the wrong rug. . I finally got them to waive the restocking fee but I have to return it at my expense. I will go back...”
