“Vancaro rings are so pretty. I like them very much. So I bought one for myself 1 week ago. There is a little problem of the ring size. So I contact them. Their customer service is very good. They always know how to make things better regardless of the huge disappointment I had. The customer service and the fact that they stand behind their words means a lot to me as a customer. I am already recommending Vancaro to everyone I know.”

“I like this Demi Bra that I recently purchased at PPZ.

“well up until the last question above where you cannot choose NA if you did not interact with customer service everything was fine. Then I had to mark it down just because the survey wouldn't allow me respond in the correct manner. Fix the survey! But just to be fair, the Fair to the last question was because the survey would not allow me to mark "Don't know" or NA. ”

“Company scams people. I purchased a $30 item and was shipped a completely different $9 item. Would not give me my money back unless i went through extra effort to ship the $9 item back. What a terrible experience.”

“Terrible experience. Candy.com didn't tell me my order was out of stock until 12 days after I ordered!!! I was 25 # short on candy two days before my daughter's event!
It was impossible to speak to a living person. The phones constantly went to voice mail. Not that they could do anything but my refund was incorrectly calculated.
I am waiting....
Buy beware! I would not use this site!”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with. Almost all merchandise is poor quality. Some items received damaged, and the process causes SIGNIFICANT delays, but so be it. Also, THEIR PRICES ARE NOT LOW. They have cheap unheard of brands with inflated retails, making it seem their discounts are high. For example, they sell a cabinet from a brand they just make up that's worth $50, assign it a retail of $1000, and give you a 60% discount to sell for "only" $400. It's a scam.

“I visited the USA in April 2015 from the UK and ordered a Racing Car Toddler bed and a side table for my 3 year old Grandson, from Totally Furniture. I am so glad I did as the service I received was first class. The table arrived promptly but the bed was out of stock from the manufacturer. However, I was kept informed of probable delivery date to my sons home address in Denver the whole time and in a courteous and friendly manner. The bed arrived a week after I left (sadly!) but I have received...”

“Have ordered from them before with no issue, but, this time, I ordered a replacement battery on April 10, when I finally got it on April 27, it wouldn't fit into the charger, Eric responded and said he was shipping out a new one, with a return label for the other, here it is almost June 1st and I've heard nothing! I'm out $75+. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!”
