“I was apprehensive at first - because the company we have dealt with for so many years, Miller Nurseries in Canandaigua, NY went out of business and never notified any of its customers - so I went on line and looked for a company selling garlic seed - so I took a chance and I am so far very happy - we received our seed today as promised with amazing instructions - and it looks like very good quality seed - thank you again and I am so looking forward to doing business with you in the future - ”

“I purchased a shelf from Totally Furniture, first i got it at a better price than the competition. When the shipping company deliveried the package they damaged it. However Totally Furniture took care of me, they reached out to the supplier and had replacment part for what was damaged shipped to me. i didn't have to worry about shipping back the damaged items. They were fantasitc and I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!”

“Walmart.com Is one of the worst places i ever bought anything in my life. I order a bean bag chair as gift for my son and wife and only one of the chairs was right because they didn't put that the big joe chair that i order was a small but come to find out that was what (Mi) stands for and it been almost two weeks and i still cant return it. Then i tried to order a different one along with a birdhouse and beading wire for my daughter and got charged for that twice and they wont fix it unless i g...”

“Ordered some jeans from JCPenney.com. Website stated in stock and any order would in by 2:00 cst would ship in 3 days. I payed for 3 day shipping. Waited 6 days and contacted customer service. Item had not shipped and is "in process". Was told that their is a 4-7 day processing time before items ship. This was not stated on website or on receipt that I received after they charged my card right away. Cancelled order and have to wait 5 days to get card credited. Funny they can take the money...”

“When I received my Mountain Buggy stroller I realized I had paid $450 for a stroller with a broken sun shade and filthy tires with bubbles already in them. This led me to believe I have received a USED stroller when your website specifically stated this was NEW. The only way to have the sun shade attached is if I actually tape it down to the stroller frame and I also have to spend extra money to replace the wheels that it came with.
