“I ordered some cute sunflower placemats and a table runner in August to fit with the rest of my sunflower themed dining room, thinking they'd probably end up in the closet after awhile.

They arrived a few days later, much sooner than I expected with a large order like that--not that I'm going to complain about it, mind you.

“Monsters in Motion has terrible customer service and terrible business ethics. I purchased a $240.00 Nautilus sub model which they were happy to take my money. FedEd just dropped the thing at my door and left it. This was their response when I complained,

“Terrible company with poor customer service.

I sent in a $25 Hard Rock Cafe gift card and was supposed to receive $15 for it. They received my card on 10/22/14 and supposedly mailed my payment on 10/24. I waited a week then contacted them to see where my payment was. They said wait another 10 business days as sometimes the mail is slow. I waited and still did not have my check.

“My first experience with Build.com. Overall, it was very good. Liked my experience with the sales rep, however had a hard time reaching him with followup to my initial conversation. Had to leave more than two messages. Ordered a new kitchen sink, faucet, soap dispenser, dishwasher vent, disposal and sink drains. I was mislead on the drain item and had to return and reorder.
I appreciated the inventory and the quick shipping. ”

“HORRIBLE experience and still unresolved. I bought a new charger for my MacBook Air. It arrived and did not work - like a used piece (magnetic part was faulty, it would not stay plugged into my laptop) that should never have been put on the market. “Terrible service. Claimed shipped but didn't offer tracking number. Finally got tracking number but the tracking number was not for my shipment! After three weeks product never showed so cancelled transaction with my credit card. Do not buy from here!”
