“Cancelled my order without e-mailing because of "suspected fraud". No follow up and claimed they called the phone number however I question that. Due to our schedules and travel, I suspect they did not get an answer and chose to cancel rather than try the alternate phone number. Very frustrating.”

I have a client needing to replace their existing equipment. This is the part. It shows in stock. Having read reviews with issues, I decided to contact their sales department to verify on-hand quantity. The lady who answered informed me that yes, that item is in stock. “My order was placed on April 3rd. 7 days went by and I had not received the order or even a tracking number. I contacted old bike barn customer service. later that night they replied with "I will look into this for you ASAP". Three days went by with no contact so I wrote again. “The look of the pens i received was better than i hoped! The colors were so bright and my picture wasn't stretched out like it was on the pens i got from another company. The best part was that i got my pens in less than a week! I will definitely be getting more from national pen soon!”

“The start of my problems is during shipping. I ordered the product on Saturday with the reasonable expectation that it would ship on Monday, as it was the next business day. The next Wednesday I saw that my order status still had not been updated so I emailed customer support. They offered me several explanations but none of them made enough sense to explain why it had taken three days to process my order or why they had not bothered to let me know that processing was taking some extra time. ...”

“Wow, excellent company! Ordered a jacket that was apparently out of stock (even though they are all marked as in-stock online) from 3 different online retailers. They ranged from never bother notifying me or abruptly canceling my order after I tried calling them

Rock Mountain not only had one in stock (their inventory system did a good job) and shipped out to me the same very day (beats waiting two weeks to be contacted by Motorsport).

“I purchased a 55 inch LG LCD 3D TV from alltimetvs.com. On my receipt it states that I have a one year manufacturer warranty. My TV went bad after three months and when I contacted LG they came out and worked on it but found out I got it from alltimetv's and refused further service.
