“I had an issue with the rug I purchased at Rugs HQ. The issue (manufacturer defect) was no fault of theirs but they went out of their way to make the issue right by me. Excellent customer service! I will definitely go to them first next time I am in need of a new rug! Thank you RugsHQ.”

“I ordered a heated vest from the Warming Store after hearing glowing reviews from a friend who had recently purchased one. I was extremely pleased with the prompt shipment of the vest on the same day that it was ordered. Since I had a few questions, I called the store prior to placing my order. Kevin answered the phone and was able to help with all of my concerns. I am a huge fan of the heated vest that I bought, and I would certainly order more products from the Warming Store. ”

“I ditto everyone else!! This place took one thing I ordered (over a month ago and still have NOT received) and ordered 2 memberships of something they can't explain to me at $9.95 each, plus mailed me several crock pot box seasonings and a creme brulee torch and charged my account $19.95 3 times!!! I can't cancel the items I received or get a refund and the memberships can "only be put on a 60 day hold!!!! Total rip offs! Do NOT ORDER anything from them, and DO NOT ORDER an electric pressure...”

“DO NOT SELL YOUR BOOK TO CHEGG. I SENT THEM A NEW BOOK (BARELY TOUCHED). THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THEY'VE RECEIVED THE BOOK BUT NO FOLLOW-UP EMAILS. I LOGGED-IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND IT CLAIMED THAT THE BOOK HAS BEEN DONATED. THEY DID NOT EVEN SEND E-MAIL TO TELL ME THAT THE BOOK CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AND THE BOOK IS WORTH MORE THAN $100. I'M PISSED AT THIS SCAM SITE. NOW THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT! THAT'S WHY THEY KEEP DOING THIS TO US.

“I purchased a Fashion 95C sewing cabinet from www.acesewvac.com and the price was a discount price. I paid in full and the shipping was to be free per the ad and the ad says the product was in stock. After several weeks I contacted them and spoke to the owner who said it would take 30 days. I spoke with him again after the 30 days and he said I needed to pay an additional $130 for shipping now and he never contacted me or told me such when I purchased the cabinet. I have asked for a refund...”

“Purchased a Mens Rolex 36mm datejust with a diamond dial for a steal at $3000AUD in box. Couldnt be happier with the watch, gave me no troubles what so ever. The box was really old (circa 1970ish) I paid extra for but still was happy all round. They are promt to reply to emails and really helpful. This was all about 2-3 years ago. Sent it with no issues with customs (no paper work so didnt have to pay the tax!) Went back to upgrade to a daydate today but unfortunately the site is down? Hopefully...”

“Poor product support. Inflexible and unhelpful return policy.
I ordered a projector in December, supposedly in stock, but that really meant in stock at a different supplier in another country. I have the projector installed as part of an art gallery exhibit. When the lamp blew out after less than 3 weeks of use, I needed a replacement fast to keep the art exhibit open, so I ordered one from another supplier who could deliver within 24 hours (definitely not the case with Hookbag).
