“I recently ordered a chainsaw safety helmet from Gemplers. There was a defect in the product, so I called their customer service the day after I got it. I feel they completey took care of me, and I it didnt take more than two minutes of my time on the phone with them. Not only did my customer service representative seem to be concerned about keeping me as a satisfied customer, I actually got someone on the line that spoke good english!!! “Ordered from 6pm eight times since 2013 and I am satisfied with the orders I received so far. They all come in a timely manner. I ordered UGG boots, Nike sandals, PUMA flats, and ECCO dress shoes for my husband. They are all in the right sizes, color and in new conditions. Love the deep discount and I just placed another order yesterday. Hopefully they will send me the correct item despit the many negative reviews. ”

“After reading the reviews I was aware of the long shipping time and was fine with that. I ordered a dress, a table topics game for my counseling groups and some home items. I read some more reviews and after I saw that sizes run small I regretted ordering the dress. Half my order came today (as scheduled) and the dress fit perfectly! I am very happy with Zulily thus far and will be ordering from them again! My only suggestion is to search amazon and other websites first, because Zulily does...”

“DO SHOP HERE...
I have ordered 2 different bags. A one ball bag for my wife...within a week the stitching came out. Took a while to get replacement. I ordered a 2 ball Storm Rolling Thunder...Had it less than 3 weeks and handle broke. Sent pictures to bowling.com and ended up having to get a hold of Storm for a replacement handle.
Customer service worse I have ever dealt with. Don't make my mistake buy somewhere else....”

“Never, never buy a part from this company. They sent us a non functional motor which had been just thrown into the box. And they refuse to replace their piece of junk. Absolutely NO customer service at all. We will NEVER shop with them again, and you shouldnt either if you want a good quality part or a company who cares about you.”

“I placed a simple order for a grip package for a T5i, including a battery charger and remote trigger. The order was shipped via the wrong carrier so I had to drive 60 miles round trip to get the package, get home to find the remote isn't compatible with a T5i, not even listed on the docs, and the battery charger was missing.

I called the store Thursday, was told it would go out that day or the next. Called backed Monday to get tracking information, gave me a tracking number, said it shipped Thu...”

“Do NOT trust this SELLER (Zorro Sound) !
Purchased a Samsung Gear smartwatch, which was defective. Took to the Samsung tech @ Best Buy, which found the problem.
Zorro Sound customer service would NOT talk to the Samsung tech.
Wanted me to return the watch at my expense and pay a 15% restocking fee.
So stay away from this company.”

“I just received my 2nd and 3rd shirt. Best shirts I own. They're a little pricey at $89, and require a bit of care when washing, but so does any higher end shirt. Always get compliments wearing. Love 'em.”
