“I have ordered from Fabric.com over 10 times and have been happy with every order. There is not one time that if there was a problem I could not get it resolved to my satisfaction. I read a bunch of bad reviews and felt that the company should have some positive feedback. No company is perfect but the service, selection and customer service have all been excellent in my experiences.”

“Fast shipping, but got my order wrong”
“Terrible!!!! I ordered a "new" Ruger SR1911 Custom that was supposed to be smithed and tuned with $500 worth of work. The sight was put on visible crooked and the trigger had more slack the any of my stock 1911's. Worse, the gun have dent in the frame, severe barrel wear and the trigger was so loose it registers a different weight with each trigger pull. I paid over $1300 for this!!!!

I contacted them and they offered me $60 for my trouble or I could send it back to have the...”

“Just incompetent. I ordered an ATIV 700t, paying extra for next day delivery. There was no UPS tracking # in the morning. So I called. I was assured it would be delivered by the end of the day. Then I called again at noon. And at 2. Same story. No tracking #, but , rest assured, it would be delivered. Finally, at 9 PM, I called again and asked for a supervisor. She told me the unit is on back order. The Microsoft Store system is simply incompetent. ”

“If zero star rating was available, that's all they deserve. They ruined Mother's Day for my Mom and Mother in Law. I sent both of them bouquets going off the photo pictured online only to discover the bouquets sent were nothing like the pictured photos. They completely misrepresented the item being delivered. The bouquets looked like they were tops $10.99 from the local grocery store and I paid over $75 each with shipping. Very disappointing, very disheartening. I will NEVER use ...”

“Item not related to what's pictured on the website (no Philips logo, cheap plastic construction, poor video quality. Device recognized the SD card and the thumb drive for picture display, however it totally failed to record video since the video programmer/remote would not recognize either drive. Return process was painful, with $ 30 net loss (I was stupid enough to request expedited shipping). Since the item was defective, the merchant should pay the shipping, too.
