People always seem to make a big deal when something goes wrong, but how many people don't write anything because everything went perfect as they expected? After the requested 10 day wait (which was not listed on the page when I ordered, only in the later email), I contacted support and was told that they were expecting the item two days later (so 12 days after I ordered the "in-stock" product, they thought they might get it). I requested cancellation, as I had already waited long enough. Was promised a refund. Didn't happen. So I updated the support ticket, no answer. Updated ticket...”
