After the requested 10 day wait (which was not listed on the page when I ordered, only in the later email), I contacted support and was told that they were expecting the item two days later (so 12 days after I ordered the "in-stock" product, they thought they might get it). I requested cancellation, as I had already waited long enough. Was promised a refund. Didn't happen. So I updated the support ticket, no answer. Updated ticket...”
