“I ordered a camera lens and two got in the box by mistake. I messaged TheCameraBox immediately. They were able to correctly only ship one. Getting the credit took some work on their part but they maintained email contact and got it done in two day. All the effort on their part impressed me. I would definitely use them again.”

“I've ordered a bunch of times from JJgames, I have had SOME occasional problems with disc games but I own a disc repair kit so that's not a serious issue, but the majority of cartridge games I get from them are not functional, even when cleaned. When contacting them about lost or damaged orders they are generally pretty good if it's a CD game, for cartridge games they generally don't do much if anything for you. I can kind of understand as no one is making these old NES / Genesis games anymore a...”

“I ordered a personalized growler/glass set for Christmas. However, since the product was on back-order and wouldn't be shipped before Christmas, they decided to cancel the order. I didn't want the order cancelled, as I would have been fine with the set arriving late. My emails to that effect went unanswered.

They should have contacted and informed me of the situation and let me decide whether to cancel the order, or let the order arrive after 12/25. Customer service was not helpful, and act...”

“Wow shipping department must be whipping product into shipping boxes. Total of 5 out of 14 containers of bird food were ruptured and spilled into shipping case.
Damage to that extent I would have refused the package but no signature required . FedEx must have been aware because product was spilling out the shipping case.
This is the 2nd time this has happened but much more severe. ”

“Worst experience ever... I have been screwed by tiny prints for 2 years in a row. I used them to make my graduation cards last year and did not receive them on time, so tiny prints gave me a coupon to use to make up for the mistake on their part. So I tried to use the coupon and was randomly trying to check in my order after the purchase 2 days later and was told if I had not called in my order would never had been processed at all.... NEVER AGAIN....”

“This place is on point. Had the best price for the item I wanted and there was a small discrepancy so they jumped on it immediately and corrected everything. Even paid for my return shipping and got a replacement out fast. Kaara C was on it. Highly recommend. ”

“This is the third Sony eBook I have bought. I like it a lot, but it took two failures -- possibly my fault -- before I found this one that works. Both the previous eBooks quit working after less than 2 years. However, I found out when I bought this new one that there is an "eject" arrow at the top of the "Reader for PC" page, and it wasn't till last August 2013 that Sony Support told me about that button! Support was quicker and more convenient when they had free telephone support. Now they...”
